2018 was yet another busy year for Lindberg/MPH. Throughout the year, they shipped a total of 130 units to companies in industries such as automotive, aerospace, foundry, electronics, R&D, oil & gas, and technology. The equipment will be used for a wide variety of applications, including soldering parts used in computers, casting parts used in recreational vehicles, and stress relieving drill heads used in the oil & gas industry.
"Our strategic growth plan has been paying off, again for 2018 Lindberg/MPH has realized significant growth in equipment orders. We have added many jobs to our work force to support our growth. As we continue to execute our growth initiatives, we expect 2019 to be another very good year for Lindberg/MPH." -Steve Kempowski, President, Lindberg/MPH
Employees at Lindberg/MPH remained involved in the community through their continued partnership with United Way of Berrien County. The United Way is an organization that focuses on the health, education, and financial stability of people in every community by establishing new partnerships, creating new solutions to old problems, and mobilizing resources to those who need assistance.
In March, Lindberg/MPH was awarded a Milestone Award by the United Way. 55% of their employees pledged donations, which was a 10% increase from the companies giving goal in 2017.
Several of their employees also participated in the Rake A Difference campaign. The goal of this campaign was to help seniors in the community by raking their yards, cleaning their gutters, and just keeping them company. Lindberg/MPH employees are proud to have helped 4 different homes by making their fall clean up a little easier.
